Textura 'Pretexto' Branco Dão, 2022 espresso The Xarel-lo is grown onThis wine is made of 50% Encruzado and 50% Bical. The Pretexto white is a blend of the traditional grapes from high altitude vines and granitic soils of Do wine region. It has a delicate palate of white peach and green apple, and balanced acidity and creaminess. It pairs well with rich flavorful foods, and we would recommend it with a Marscapone and ramp mafalda with red pepper flakes.
