Kokosolie is geschikt voor bakken, braden, wokken, frituren en ter vervanging van boter op uw boterham. Bij verhitten blijven alle goede eigenschappen van de olie behouden. Het smeltpunt ligt rond 24 a 26 graden, daarom is kokosolie meestal gestold in ons klimaat.
