An M34 Subordinate’s Hewer, by Lauterjung & Co. consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac two Royal Canadian Regiment(Reichsarbeitsdienst Hauer M34 fr Mannschaften und Unterfhrer). A Reichsarbeitsdienst (Reich Labour Service RAD) M34 Subordinates Hewer, measuring 40 cm in total length when inserted into the scabbard. It features a 25 cm long, nickel plated, magnetic steel, Bowie style blade which retains some factory original sharpening to the tip and lower edge.
