The ring features a white thermoset inset that is shaped like an hourglass in a beautifully detailed gold tone setting. The ring is adjustable under the setting for a smooth look. It measures size 6 on the ring stick and can be adjusted up or down. It is signed SARAH COV on the inside of the band. This ring is in excellent vintage condition.* *There is some wear to the
